1994 Lancia Delta HF Integrale Evo 2 Giallo Ginestra Limited Edition

Only 88,900km/55,200 miles from new.

According to Lancia/FCA Heritage records only 220 Giallo Ginestra were produced, making it one of the rarer and certainly most desirable of the special edition models. Of the 220 records indicate that 150 were manufactured for Italy, 50 for Germany and 20 for France. This particular example was one of the 50 produced for the German market, where it remained until 1997, when its then owner, a gentleman from Bad Soden near Frankfurt, sold the car to a buyer from the UK. Since then it has remained in the UK and was owned for 5 years (1998-2003) by an Italian Father and son residing in London. For the 20 years following this (2003-2023) it was owned by the father of a Formula 1 driver. The car has a history back to new and still retains its original stamped service booklet. For the first few years, whilst in Germany the car was  serviced By Lancia main agent Centro Automobile of Frankfurt. During its time in the UK servicing has been carried out by specialists including Zagato of London, Alfa Romeo agent and Integrale specialist John Whalley Ltd who have carried out 7 services. There are also MOT’s on file right back to March 1999. In recent years, after a few of years of inactivity the car was recommissioned, including new cam belt, new water hoses, clutch master cylinder and a rebuilt turbo (supplied by Walkers). Since my purchase approximately a year ago I have driven over 1,000 trouble-free and highly entertaining miles. A very rare and desirable car with a superb history file and an unbroken provenance back to new.
