1995 Bentley Turbo S

A special edition model for the 1995 model year. A limited run of only 75 cars was planned. Although over 100 orders were taken only 60 cars were eventually produced. This particular example is number 39, and one of only 29 ever made in RHD. Most sources quote power output at 402bhp, achieved by a turbocharged water-air intercooler engine. Only ever offered in the lighter SWB body placing them among the fastest accelerating of the SZ/turbo series, with a 0-62 figure of 6.1 seconds and an electronically limited top speed of 155 MPH. Special features, other than the aforementioned performance upgrades included 17″ Continental R alloy wheels, new front and rear bumper design, the front bumper incorporating an integral air dam, shorter radiator shell/grill and unique deeply bolstered sports seats.

Finished in Brooklands green with a single thin red fine line. Sandstone leather interior with spruce piping to seats, spruce green top roll, knee roll and door panels, sandstone headlining and conifer carpets with matching lambswool rugs.

PDI carried out by HR Owen on 19th January 1995 and first registered 6 days later. The next 13 service stamps are all by Jack Barclay and logged at 1k, 9k, 16k, 20k, 22k, 23k, 26k, 28k, 31k, 35k, 41k and 46k miles. further servicing was carried out by Silver Lady Services Limited by which time usage was very sparse. Services are logged at 49,007, 49,038, 49,101, and the last at 49,659 on 30th Novermber 2018. The car has more recently had work carried out by London specialist N.Sandell on 13th June 2019.

A very rare car with an excellent service record and finished in a proper Bentley colour combination.
