1971 Bentley T1 6.75
62,000 miles
Finished in midnight blue with beige leather
Highly comprehensive service history dating back to the 80’s when the car was still being serviced by main dealer Jack Barclay of London. There are service bills on file since 1999 totalling over £10,000, most of which were carried out by renowned RR & Bentley specialist N Sandell and latterly D.E.W Services of Oxford, the last invoice alone totalled £1,664.
Sometime in 2005 the vehicle was acquired by Thomas Neilson of Repertoire Records, who as well as being known as a record company executive and manager of pop group The Pretty Things, is also a noted Bentley enthusiast. At the same time as owning this car Neilson also owned one of the most famous Bentley’s in the world, Blue Lena the ex-Keith Richards 1965 S3 Continental. Coincidentally Blue Lena was also finished in a similar dark blue with beige interior. A most stunning colour combination which Mr Neilson obviously favoured. With Blue Lena having sold recently for approaching a million pounds this equally elegant T-series offers superb value. One of only 1712 produced before the introduction of the T2.
